Looking inwards in order to be attentive to the present moment. And this training can be revolutionary in all areas of our lives. That's why Mindfulness is a tool accessible to everyone, because it's easy to understand, doesn't require sitting in a certain posture to practice and is not associated with any religious belief. It is an invitation to simply be and be in the HERE and NOW, focused on the body and the breath.<\/p>\n<p>And how to get started? How much time do I need? Who should I look for?<\/p>\n<p>These are common questions and many companies come to me precisely because they know about the work I've been doing in the corporate environment. It's common for people to start within companies, because the search for physical, mental and emotional balance has increased exponentially in the context of the pandemic and looking at human development and employee health is fundamental for companies seeking more integrated teams, increased levels of satisfaction, productivity, well-being and good results.<\/p>\n<p>But more important than introducing Mindfulness into people's lives is keeping it in your routine, regardless of where you are. It's about bringing it into everyday life and making it a way of life, because the more you practice it, the more natural it becomes and the more you experience its many benefits, such as reducing stress, reducing anxiety, preventing illnesses such as depression, improving brain cognition, improving insomnia, among others.<\/p>\n<p>It was with this maintenance and your mental health in mind that we created the PRACTICE CLUB.
