Choose two of the tips below to practice and celebrate:<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>1. Understanding Mindfulness:<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Intentionally observe your thoughts, feelings and surroundings without judgment!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>2. Morning Meditation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Make time to meditate. In the morning we have the freshest mind! Close your eyes, concentrate on your breathing and train your mind.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Conscious eating:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Eat without distractions, savor each bite, enjoy your senses. Put your cutlery down while you chew.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div><strong>4. Reduce screens:<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Reduce the use of electronic devices and avoid distractions. Live \"real\" life more.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. Mindful Walking:\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Take a quiet walk. Feel every step and be present to all five senses.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6. Attention on tasks:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Practice mindfulness in daily activities, such as washing the dishes and brushing your teeth.<\/p>\n<p>Reconnect with yourself several times throughout the day by breathing deeply.<\/p>\n<p><strong>7. Practice Gratitude:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At the end of Mindfulness Day, reflect on the moments when you were present and how this helped you to appreciate your life more.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h6>Remember, Mindfulness is a gentle journey.
