Environments or people with toxic behavior drain your energy and ability to believe in yourself...<\/p>\n<h6>Uncertainty and insecurity<\/h6>\n<p>Not having time to plan for the future means dealing with uncertainty and a sense of insecurity about the decisions you're making. This will wear you down emotionally, aggravating stress, the feeling of just putting out a fire and a lack of purpose.<\/p>\n<h6>Loneliness<\/h6>\n<p>The snowball gets bigger when, in the midst of the turbulence, mistakes and accusations take away self-confidence and increase fear. Not being able to express yourself<br \/>\nor making themselves understood leads to social withdrawal.
