Por isso Mindfulness transcende essa ideia, pois o estado de Consci\u00eancia Plena passa a fazer parte da vida das pessoas desde o despertar at\u00e9 a hora de dormir, onde se est\u00e1 inteiro em todas as atividades ao longo do dia, seja nas refei\u00e7\u00f5es, no trabalho, durante os exerc\u00edcios f\u00edsicos ou simplesmente num momento contemplativo.<\/p>\n<p>Os resultados s\u00e3o constantes e efetivos.\u00a0\u00a0Em uma pesquisa liderada por uma neurocientista do Massachusetts General Hospital e da Harvard Medical School, a Dra. Sara Lazar, ficou comprovado que Mindfulness\u00a0tem o poder de efetivamente mudar a estrutura f\u00edsica do c\u00e9rebro, conforme \u00e9 estudado pela neuroplasticidade.<\/p>\n<p>O trabalho aconteceu a partir de uma an\u00e1lise detalhada entre meditadores experientes e um grupo de controle, formado por pessoas que n\u00e3o tinham nenhuma experi\u00eancia com a medita\u00e7\u00e3o. Os resultados mostraram que os meditadores experientes t\u00eam mais mat\u00e9ria cinzenta na \u00ednsula e regi\u00f5es sensoriais do c\u00f3rtex auditivo e sensorial.
