E os benef\u00edcios s\u00e3o sentidos n\u00e3o somente pelos funcion\u00e1rios, que passam a ter mais qualidade de vida, sa\u00fade e rotinas transformadas, como para as empresas, que consequentemente percebem o reflexo das mudan\u00e7as em seus resultados.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e3o \u00e9 preciso dispor de muito tempo ou se sentar em posi\u00e7\u00e3o de l\u00f3tus para iniciar a pr\u00e1tica. O Mindfulness, pr\u00e1tica que estudo, ensino e aplico em minha vida, nos traz para o estado de presen\u00e7a e consci\u00eancia plena no aqui e agora, n\u00e3o importa onde e como voc\u00ea esteja. Podemos praticar desde o acordar at\u00e9 a hora de dormir, passando inclusive pelas refei\u00e7\u00f5es, que \u00e9 o caso do Mindful Eating.
