O mundo precisou se adequar a essa nova realidade de maneira r\u00e1pida, modificando as rela\u00e7\u00f5es pessoais e profissionais, al\u00e9m de causar\u00a0grandes impactos na economia e corpo social de todos os pa\u00edses.<\/p>\n<p>Consequentemente, todas essas mudan\u00e7as dr\u00e1sticas impactaram psicologicamente as pessoas. As preocupa\u00e7\u00f5es j\u00e1 existentes se potencializaram diante desse novo formato de vida. A incerteza do amanh\u00e3 deixou a sociedade mais ansiosa, triste,\u00a0depressiva, irritada, desesperan\u00e7osa, com ins\u00f4nia e muitos outros sintomas f\u00edsicos e psicol\u00f3gicos.<\/p>\n<p>Um estudo desenvolvido pela\u00a0Funda\u00e7\u00e3o Oswaldo Cruz (Fiocruz), Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais (UFMG) e Universidade Estadual de Campinas (Unicamp) observou que 40,4% dos brasileiros participantes se sentiam frequentemente tristes ou deprimidos; j\u00e1 50,6% relataram estar constantemente ansiosos ou nervosos durante a pandemia.<\/p>\n<p>Um outro estudo realizado na UFJF, apresentou dados ainda mais alarmantes. \u201cEncontramos uma parcela significativa de sintomas de depress\u00e3o entre os participantes (92,2%), al\u00e9m de 51% apresentarem sintomas de ansiedade e 52% sintomas de transtorno de estresse p\u00f3s-traum\u00e1tico\u201d<\/p>\n<p>O que tem propiciado que esses problemas se desenvolvam? H\u00e1 v\u00e1rias causas, seja o distanciamento social; isolamento; \u00e0 redu\u00e7\u00e3o de est\u00edmulos; \u00e0 redu\u00e7\u00e3o ou perda de renda e\u00a0\u00e0s mudan\u00e7as na rotina s\u00e3o alguns deles. Pois as pessoas possuem medo de vir a \u00f3bito, se adoecer e tamb\u00e9m de contaminar familiares e amigos. E com todos esses desafios, os sentimentos gerados s\u00e3o de desesperan\u00e7a, medo, raiva, tristeza, solid\u00e3o, frustra\u00e7\u00e3o entre outros como j\u00e1 citado.<\/p>\n<p>A OMS, Organiza\u00e7\u00e3o Mundial da Sa\u00fade atesta sobre\u00a0os impactos da pandemia na sa\u00fade mental.E no per\u00edodo de mar\u00e7o de 2020, foi publicado um documento, desenvolvido pelo Departamento de Sa\u00fade Mental, relatando mensagens de apoio e bem-estar de diferentes grupos-alvo. Tendo como prop\u00f3sito promover o cuidado psicol\u00f3gico com a na\u00e7\u00e3o mundial.<\/p>\n<p>Mas afinal, como reverter ou amenizar todas essas perturba\u00e7\u00f5es emocionais,\u00a0psicol\u00f3gicas e at\u00e9 mesmo f\u00edsicas causadas por esse momento de tanta afli\u00e7\u00e3o?<\/p>\n<p>A pr\u00e1tica de Mindfulness tem se mostrado altamente eficaz contra todos esses ind\u00edcios citados.
