{"id":5296,"date":"2021-10-11T14:16:29","date_gmt":"2021-10-11T17:16:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/flowoflife.builderallwppro.com\/?p=5296"},"modified":"2021-10-11T14:40:13","modified_gmt":"2021-10-11T17:40:13","slug":"cuidar-autocuidado","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/flowoflife.co\/es\/cuidar-autocuidado\/","title":{"rendered":"A import\u00e2ncia do cuidar e do autocuidado"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Em 10 de outubro \u00e9 celebrado o Dia da Sa\u00fade Mental, mais do que uma data, um lembrete de que sa\u00fade mental \u00e9 coisa s\u00e9ria e deve ser tratada com mais empatia.<\/p>\n<p>Ela foi institu\u00edda em 1992 pela Federa\u00e7\u00e3o Mundial da Sa\u00fade Mental para chamar a aten\u00e7\u00e3o da import\u00e2ncia de\u00a0diagnosticar, prevenir e tratar problemas de sa\u00fade mental que est\u00e3o presentes hoje na sociedade.<\/p>\n<p>Como anda a sua sa\u00fade mental?<\/p>\n<p>Acreditamos que o cuidar da sa\u00fade do corpo e da mente \u00e9 para todos os meses, principalmente diante do atual contexto.<\/p>\n<p>E isso pode se dar atrav\u00e9s de pequenas atitudes, autoconhecimento e di\u00e1logo.<\/p>\n<p>O Mindfulness \u00e9 uma ferramenta de autoconhecimento que pode nos ajudar a perceber como estamos e qual a hora de pedir ajuda, pois atrav\u00e9s da consci\u00eancia plena podemos acessar nosso estado f\u00edsico e mental de forma a entendermos como estamos no momento presente. Voc\u00ea j\u00e1 se observou hoje?<\/p>\n<p>Identificar \u00e9 o primeiro passo para caminhar para uma mudan\u00e7a e\/ou perceber o momento certo de pedir ajuda especializada.<\/p>\n<p>O percentual de pessoas com depress\u00e3o durante a pandemia saltou de 4,2% para 8,0% e de ansiedade foi de 8,7% para 14,9%. Esses s\u00e3o os dados do recente estudo feito pelo Instituto de Psicologia da Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro (UERJ).\u2800<\/p>\n<p>O corpo \u00e9 um grande sinalizador de doen\u00e7as e term\u00f4metro que nos ajuda a perceber ou reconhecer que \u00e0s vezes n\u00e3o estamos bem internamente, seja por estresse, cansa\u00e7o, dor, tristeza, ou qualquer outro sofrimento.<\/p>\n<p>Sabendo disso, os orientais buscam sempre prevenir a sa\u00fade, seja por meio de uma alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o mais equilibrada, atrav\u00e9s de exerc\u00edcios ou mesmo terapias alternativas como a acupuntura, por exemplo.<\/p>\n<p>E porque n\u00e3o seguirmos o mesmo exemplo aqui no Ocidente?<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e3o espere adoecer fisicamente e mentalmente para promover o autocuidado. Cuidar de n\u00f3s mesmos com carinho s\u00f3 depende de n\u00f3s.<\/p>\n<p>Separamos algumas dicas de como voc\u00ea pode fazer isso:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Reserve um tempo para curtir a vida e a conviv\u00eancia com a fam\u00edlia.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Mantenha uma alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o saud\u00e1vel;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Tenha boas de noites de sono;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Pratique atividades f\u00edsicas;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Busque ajuda profissional;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Divida seus sentimentos com seus amigos;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Tome um tempo para voc\u00ea, off line e lembre-se das pausas do trabalho e afazeres. N\u00e3o se esque\u00e7a: voc\u00ea n\u00e3o \u00e9 um super-her\u00f3i;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Sempre que poss\u00edvel, v\u00e1 para a natureza;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Alimente pensamentos positivos;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Medite e fa\u00e7a\u00a0coisas que te d\u00e3o prazer.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>E lembre-se, voc\u00ea n\u00e3o est\u00e1 sozinho!
