Dessa forma, o principal objetivo da campanha \u00e9 discutir a relev\u00e2ncia da sa\u00fade mental e do cuidado com as emo\u00e7\u00f5es, de maneira que pr\u00e1ticas sejam adotadas para a melhora da qualidade dos pensamentos e gerenciamento das emo\u00e7\u00f5es, mesmo diante do cen\u00e1rio pand\u00eamico que vivenciamos.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Evidenciar as necessidades de cuidado e preven\u00e7\u00e3o para com a mente \u00e9 t\u00e3o relevante quanto os cuidados para com o corpo, uma vez que, toda a nossa constitui\u00e7\u00e3o f\u00edsica est\u00e1 interligada e carece de aten\u00e7\u00e3o cont\u00ednua, e o Mindfulness \u00e9 uma ferramenta que nos fornece a realizar com plenitude essa auto-observa\u00e7\u00e3o. E al\u00e9m disso, pode se ampliar essa metodologia para as condi\u00e7\u00f5es mentais individuais.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Entretanto a escolha desse m\u00eas, foi intencionalmente para chamar a aten\u00e7\u00e3o, uma vez que quando o ano est\u00e1 pr\u00f3ximo de se finalizar algumas pessoas se sentem mais ansiosas e preocupadas por n\u00e3o terem cumprido todas as metas estabelecidas.
