Mas o que significa isso?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A partir de 2022, a OMS, com a 11\u00aa edi\u00e7\u00e3o da CID, passou a reconhecer o <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">burnout<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> como s\u00edndrome relacionada ao esgotamento profissional em virtude de estresse cr\u00f4nico n\u00e3o administrado adequadamente. As suas principais manifesta\u00e7\u00f5es s\u00e3o a exaust\u00e3o emocional e f\u00edsica, o cinismo e a inefic\u00e1cia profissional.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hoje temos uma vis\u00e3o mais abrangente, sendo redefinido como uma crise nas rela\u00e7\u00f5es com o trabalho. Especialistas citam que <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">burnout<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> n\u00e3o \u00e9 sin\u00f4nimo de estresse ocupacional, mas sim decorrente dele. Ou seja, uma inabilidade em lidar com os estressores ocupacionais e n\u00e3o possuir estrat\u00e9gias para enfrentar, por exemplo, excesso de carga de trabalho, intera\u00e7\u00f5es humanas t\u00f3xicas, ambiente laboral desorganizado, remunera\u00e7\u00e3o e benef\u00edcios insuficientes, conflitos com a lideran\u00e7a, baixa autonomia na execu\u00e7\u00e3o do trabalho etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Como pode ver, a s\u00edndrome emerge de diversos fatores que est\u00e3o inter-relacionados entre si e ir\u00e1 inevitavelmente afetar indiv\u00edduos dependendo de seu contexto pessoal, s\u00f3cio-cultural e profissional.
