Deepening Mindfulness

We all face moments of pain and difficulty.
Mindfulness invites us to accept suffering, recognizing what is present without running away or fighting against it.
Facing all this alone can be challenging. It's much better when you have support, don't you think?!

When we come together to meditate, we discover our shared humanity!
Retreats help us:

Module I is a 7-day retreat with intensive mindfulness practices and more:

Aimed at those who have already completed the 8-Week Program and feel the call to go deeper, even if they don't want to be an instructor.
