Along this hybrid journey you will learn principles and practices in depth from the facilitator Danielle Wang, a reference in Mindfulness in Brazil. The journey is profound and transformative, especially the retreats in the middle of nature for an inner dive and a boost to the Self. Our classes have a limit of participants so that your process can be closely monitored.

At the end of the journey you will have learned the 'Mindfulness strategies' approach to MTi (Mindfulness Training International) and every meta-program to form your 8-week program, following all the international guidelines and protocols.

 

The training is 224 hours long and lasts one year.

I've been on my path of inner development for over 25 years through various studies in the field of meditation, breathing, yoga, ayurveda, psychotherapy, self-compassion, astrology, biotyping, family constellations, non-violent communication, Hinduism, Buddhism, shamanism, kabbalah, sacred feminine, quantum physics and much more!
 
Today I teach thousands of people to have better mental health, emotional balance and happiness through techniques that help them to be more present and self-aware. I've run more than 100 courses and retreats. As well as training, I offer consultancy, business training and mentoring for top leadership.
 
I've been offering this training since 2018 and have taken part in 8 Mindfulness TTC modules (900 hours) to become a trainer today. 
I've already taken part in several silence retreats.
I am the author of the book "Full Consciousness, Entrepreneurship with Mindfulness and Purpose"
I also have certifications in Positive Psychology, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Mindful Eating, Tantra, among others.
 
I believe in the collective: I've managed co-livings for 10 years and I encourage training students to join the Flow Collective. 
I cherish my freedom: I've traveled the world and I like sailing.

About each stage

What are the most important moments in training?

 

8-week program (prerequisite)

More than 1000 people have already taken part in the Eu S.O.U. program!!!
This is a preparatory and already transformative training for practicing presence in a radically liberating way. 
To take class 12, you must have already taken the 8-week course by June 25 with Dani Wang or another certified instructor.

In the 8-week program, you will gain resources for your personal practice. The international protocol requires the prerequisite of personal practice for 6 months. To help you with your practice, you can join the FLOW COMMUNITY (Combo bonus) and meditate with us weekly in a group and live.
 

Module I

After this preparatory period, there will be a 7-day Immersive Retreat dedicated to self-development in the state of Being Mindful, developing the authority and authenticity to become an instructor and offer your own programs and workshops.
Retreat class 12: from September 12 to 19, 2025; at Nazaré Uniluz (Nazaré Paulista, SP), a beautiful retreat center that values silence and loving presence.  
After the retreat you will be able to offer your 8-week program as an 'Instructor in Training'.
There will also be 6 monthly mentoring meetings (first Mondays of the month from 19:30-21:00). These meetings will help you create your program, answer questions and support your practice.
 

Module II

After offering your pilot program, you will be welcomed for another 7-day Immersive Retreat to solidify the teachings of Module I, so that your teaching skills become authentically well-informed by a profound personal experience, in a magical place perfect for this transformative experience!
 
Retreat class 12: from 24 to 31/Jan 2026 at Patrimônio do Matutu (Aiuroca, MG), a magical place at the bottom of a mighty valley, where you have to hike a trail to get there and the lighting is completely natural, including candles at night!  > Date and venue to be confirmed
 
At the end of this retreat you'll get a Mindfulness Instructor Certificate!
