Reflection on the new normal in the pandemic

Remember when everything was due yesterday... everything was exaggerated and there was no time? The world was VUCA - volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous. In other words, the world was changing very quickly with no certain destination. As a result, there were several answers to the same question and people became confused and inattentive.

And now? What has changed?

A lot! But the uncertainties remain. We don't have absolute answers (and that's okay, it's part of this moment!). The result of this combination of factors for us is: anxiety, apathy, worry, in some cases depression and also a lack of attention. However, all of this can be combated and softened if you have the intention of looking at yourself and focusing on living today, exactly as it is.

These were some of the topics I covered at the C6 talks "Mindfulness - a breather in the midst of the crisis", a live promoted by the digital bank, which I had the honor of attending on May 7. There, I said that Mindfulness invites you to perceive the present moment and, through self-observation, encourages you to change the way you see what happens around you. Then you can relax!

I like to say that the practice of Mindfulness recovers our essence, what we truly are, and this gives us the certainty that yes, it is possible to educate our outlook and be full.

It's time. I'll be waiting for you!
