“The practice of mindfulness is a lifelong commitment. Growth, development and maturation of the mindfulness practitioner and teacher are critical parts of the process." Jon Kabat Zinn
Every excellent professional training program requires organizational structuring and Mindfulness is no different. We at Flow of Life follow the international standard, a protocol used all over the world where facilitators instruct formal and informal practices. The learning lineage is an institution that drinks directly from the millenary source that is widely recognized in Brazil: Mindfulness Trainings International (MTi).
The Flow of Life Training lasts a minimum of one year and is structured as a hybrid, including two immersive retreats, where full presence is practiced throughout the training. Any stage can be taken at its own time, as long as the previous stage has been successfully completed.
The first stage is to complete the 8-week program, which is attended by future instructors and anyone who wants to learn to live with more Mindfulness. The purpose of this program is to learn in practice how to change habits and introduce meditation on a regular basis to reduce stress. This 8-week program follows the international protocol that you will learn in the Training process. Facilitators from various institutions around the world offer these free courses and, to enroll in the training, you can do this stage with any institution. Eu S.O.U., the 8-week program offered by Flow of Life, has been running since 2015 and thousands of participants have already had their lives transformed!
The 8-week program is a robust preparation where you will learn the necessary foundation to maintain your personal practice for a minimum of 6 months, allowing time for changing habits and gaining discipline. After this time of personal Mindfulness practice, you will take part in Module l, an intensive seven-day in-person retreat. You will solidify your meditation practices formally in periods of silence and informally at all times throughout the week, such as when eating, walking and talking. In the theoretical content you will learn about the fundamental principles of Mindfulness, how to apply them in different forms and contexts and teaching didactics based on different psychological profiles. A week to slow down, reframe your life and evolve as a human being!
Once the first module has been completed, the trainer in training must offer an 8-week program with the aim of putting into practice all the foundations studied and spreading Mindfulness to a world that so desperately needs it. During this period of approximately 6 months, there will be monthly online mentoring sessions to answer questions and monitor the pilot programs. At Flow of Life, trainer Dani Wang encourages her students to thrive and therefore offers bonus content on conscious entrepreneurship.
Finally, Module II, also in the form of an immersive retreat, is a deepening of personal experience so that you can become an extraordinary trainer! In addition, during the week you will learn advanced Mindfulness meditation practices. The "Mindfulness Instructor" certificate is only awarded upon completion of this module.
Even after completing the training up to module II, the ideal is to maintain a continuous practice of Mindfulness, keeping yourself open to the constant process of learning, insights and self-knowledge and thus "BEING" to inspire. That's why here at Flow of Life we go far beyond the entire training protocol. We are what we teach! And the good instructor is the one who maintains the three essential attributes that we have learned in practice throughout the year: authenticity, authority and friendship (AAA), maintaining a commitment and the ability to teach beyond techniques and becoming a living example of Full Consciousness.
Therefore, when choosing where to take your Mindfulness certification, consciously choose an institution that guarantees friendly and qualified support.

She trained as a coach and NLP practitioner, helping many people in transition.
